Absent Healing

Absent healing is a healing that results from the sending of healing thoughts, prayers, or energy to and for someone who is absent from the person or group sending the healing.

To perform an absent healing:

• First utter an invocation to protect yourself from ill feelings (some healers find they momentarily experience the symptoms of the recipient).
• Visualize healing energy coming in through the top of your head.
• Send the healing energy out through your third eye (forehead).

Be aware of any colours you observe or any images you receive.
