Aura Layer 4: The Astral Level

The astral body is composed of clouds of colour more beautiful than those of the emotional body. While the astral tends to have the same set of colours, they are usually infused with the rose light of love. It extends out about one half to one foot from the body.

When people fall in love, beautiful arcs of rose light can be seen between their hearts, and a beautiful rose colour is added to the normal golden pulsations of the pituitary gland. Cords grow out of the chakras to connect the couple. When a relationship ends, those cords are torn, sometimes causing a great deal of pain. These cords have to re-root themselves within the self.

A great deal of interaction takes place between people on the astral level. Great blobs of colour shoot across the room between people... some pleasant, some not. On the surface, two people may be ignoring each other, but on an energy level, a whole lot of communication is taking place.
